These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the ISAR Global intelligence service operated at isar-global.org. By subscribing to or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing a subscription.
ISAR Global is a trading name of ISAR Global Ltd (Company No. 16771241), a company registered in England and Wales. References to "ISAR Global", "we", "us", or "our" refer to ISAR Global Ltd. References to "you" or "subscriber" refer to the individual or organisation purchasing or using the service.
1. The Service
ISAR Global provides strategic intelligence analysis, policy assessments, and research publications relating to artificial intelligence governance. Content is produced for informational and educational purposes and is directed at professional audiences including government officials, compliance professionals, researchers, and senior executives.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, including the addition or removal of content areas, features, or subscription tiers. Where material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice to active subscribers.
2. Subscriptions
Access to subscriber-only content is provided through a paid subscription (currently the "Associate" tier). Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis at the frequency selected at the time of purchase (monthly or annual). By purchasing a subscription, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Subscription pricing is as displayed on the website at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for future billing periods with a minimum of 30 days’ notice. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel before the next billing date.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information. Subscriptions that cannot be processed due to payment failure may be suspended until payment is received.
3. Account Access
Your subscription is for your personal or single-organisation use only and may not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other individual or entity. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us promptly at directorate@isar-global.org.
4. Intellectual Property
All content published on isar-global.org, including intelligence briefs, research assessments, analysis, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of ISAR Global Ltd and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
Subscribers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and read subscriber content for their own professional use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, sell, or transmit any part of the service content to third parties without our prior written consent. Brief quotations with attribution for commentary, criticism, or reporting are permitted provided the source is clearly identified as ISAR Global.
5. Nature of Content — No Advice
Content published by ISAR Global constitutes intelligence analysis and informational commentary. It does not constitute legal, regulatory, financial, or professional advice of any kind. You should not rely solely on ISAR Global analysis when making legal, compliance, investment, or strategic decisions, and should seek appropriate professional advice for your specific circumstances.
Whilst we take care to ensure the accuracy of our analysis, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current, or free from error. AI governance is a rapidly evolving area and assessments reflect the situation at the time of writing.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to:
- reproduce or distribute subscriber content in ways that compete with or substitute for an ISAR Global subscription;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to restricted content or other users’ accounts;
- scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content using automated tools;
- use content for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions where these terms are breached, without refund.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at directorate@isar-global.org. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you will retain access to subscriber content until that date. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods except as described in our Refund Policy or where required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ISAR Global Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
Our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email or via a notice on the website. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
